The project aims to develop one of Vietnam’s first merchant-centric mobile apps by a leading mobile financial service provider. Focused on understanding merchants' true needs, SmartPay seeks to create a digital solution that supports their growth and success. Utilizing Design Thinking methods, the project emphasizes empathy and a merchant-first approach, striving to design an app that merchants will eagerly recommend to others.
